Ingredient


2 Cup Water , 1 Cup Sooji / Rawa , 1 tsp Oil , 1/4th tsp salt , 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder (Roasted) , 1/4 tsp Carom Seeds Salt to taste, 1 Green Chilli , Chopped 1 tsp Chopped Coriander, 1/2 tsp Ginger , Chopped Oil or Ghee

Procedure

In a pan , heat water along with oil and salt . Bring to boil . Add the Rawa and cook till the Rawa is soft and fluffy . Remove in a bowl . Add the flour and mix . Add all the other ingredients. Knead to dough . Make chapati and cook on hot tawa. Apply ghee or oil on both the sides and cook till golden brown . Remove and serve with butter or curd . Ready !!
