Ingredient


2 Cup Gram Flour / Besan ( Coarsely Ground ) 1 Cup whole Wheat Flour 1/2 Cup Semolina / Sooji 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves 10-12 Cloves 4-5 Green Chillies 2 tbsp Carom Seeds 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds Salt to taste 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds ( Crushed ) 2 tbsp Oil Oil for Frying

Procedure

In a bowl add all the flours . Finely chop the Coriander leaves . Coarsely ground the Cloves and the green chillies . Add all this to the flour along with rest of the ingredients. Mix well . Add the oil and rub the mixture . Now add water and make a stiff dough . Rest it for some time . Take lemon size ball and make tikkis . The tikkis should be thin . Prick then with fork . Deep fry on medium flame till crisp and golden in colour . Remove on an absorbent paper and let it cool . Store in an air tight box .
