Ingredient


3 Bananas 1/3, Cup Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Ghee ,1 tsp Cardamom Powder, Cashewnut to garnish

Procedure

Firstly peel and mash the bananas with help if the fork or masher . Heat 1 tbsp Ghee in a non stick pan , add the banana and cook till it’s gets together . Now add the sugar and cook till it looks brown and caramalized. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Top up with left over ghee. Place a circular mould and put the halwa in it . Garnish with Cashewnut and cardamom powder .
