Ingredient


½ cup walnuts, crumbled, 1 pear, ¼ cup cranberries, dried 1 big handful arugula (wild rocket), 1 Hangul of Spinach leaves, Few Radish Leaves , Few salad leaves , ⅛ cup orange juice, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil, Some fresh Pomegranate Kernels salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Chop the walnuts into smaller pieces. Dice the pear into small cubes. Think roughly the size of a quartered date. Chop the cranberries roughly. Throw all chopped ingredients and the washed arugula to the bowl too. Do make sure you wash the salad first . Mix the orange juice, balsamic vinegar, mustard and olive oil together. Chuck in a dash or two of salt and pepper. Stir into the salad. Serve. Done!
