Ingredient


White bread slices - 3, Boiled and grated potatoes - 1 cup, Mozzarella cheese cubes - 6-7, Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp, Red chilli flakes - ½ tsp, Chaat masala - ½ tsp, Red chilli powder - 1 tsp, Salt to taste, Oil to deep fry

Procedure

Blend all the chutney ingredients along with some water into a coarse paste. Spoon it out and keep it aside. Chutney Bombs Take the bread slices into a bowl and pour some water until they soak well. Now squeeze out the water from the bread slices by pressing them gently. Now add the grated potatoes, coriander leaves, red chilli flakes, chaat masala, chilli powder and salt into the soaked bread dough. Gently mix all the ingredients and make out a soft dough. Now, divide the potato mixture into equal portions and fill each of them with a tsp of coconut chutney and a cheese cube. Close the ends tightly and form a ball . Dip these balls in cornflour slurry and then in dried bread crumbs and set them aside. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the chutney filled balls. Take them out on an absorbent paper . Serve Hot !!!
