Ingredient


2 Cup Bajra flour ( Pearl Millet ), 2 tbsp Chopped Onion, 1 green chilli Chopped , 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves , Chopped , 2 tbsp Mint Leaves , Chopped , 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder , 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder , Salt to taste , 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder , 1 tsp Carom Seeds ( Ajwain) , 2 tbsp Oil , Water to knead

Procedure

n a bowl take Bajra , mix all the ingredients in it . Ad water accordingly and make a dough. Great hands and make small cylinder shape balls. In a steamer arrange the muthiya and steam for about 10 minutes , or till done . Remove and keep aside . In a pan , make tadka with the tadka ingredients. Gently add the muthiya and stir them . Serve hot !!
