Ingredient


4 tbsp Ghee , 2 Sliced Onion , Marination , 500 Gm Mutton , Salt to taste , 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder , 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder , 1 tsp Cumin Powder , 1 tsp Coriander Powder , 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds , Crushed , 1 tsp Pepper , Crushed , 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste , 1 Green Chilli , Chopped , 1 Bayleaf , 1/2 tsp Garam Masala , 1 Cup Curd , 2 Sliced Onions.

Procedure

Marinate the mutton with the above ingredients. In degchi , add ghee and 2 sliced onions . Cook till brown . Then add the marinated mutton and cook on low flame till done . Bhuno the meat till it leaves ghee . Garnish with coriander leaves .
