Ingredient


4 Tomatoes, 2 tsp Oil, 1 tsp Panch Phoran, 1 Bayleaf, 1 tsp Ginger and green chilli paste , 1/2 tsp Degi Mirch Powder, 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder , Salt to taste , 4 tsp Sugar, Raisins and cashewnuts ,

Procedure

Wash the tomatoes and make incisions in the skin . Boil it for 20 minutes . Remove in cold water to stop cooking . Remove the skin and grind to paste . Take Oil in pan , add panch phoran , Bayleaf and mix it . Add he ginger green chilli paste and mix for another minute . Add degi Mitch powder and immediately add the tomatoes . Add other spice powders and cont cooking . Add sugar and cook till it pulpy and thick . Add raisins and cashew and remove from heat . Cool it and store in air tight jar . Use when needed !!
