1/4 Cup Gulkand, 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts, 1 tbsp Dessicated shredded coconut , 2 Cups Mawa Grated , 3/4 Cup Sugar powdered, 2 tbsp Rose syrup
Take a bowl , mix gulkand , nuts and dessicated coconut . In a pan , take Mawa and cook on low flame till it leaves the fat . Add sugar and rose syrup and mix it . Allow to cool . Take the Modak mould . Press some Mawa in it . Then add little gulkand mix . Add more Mawa and press it . Open and remove Modak from the mould . Make Gulkand Filled Modak for Ganesha !!
