Ingredient


1/2 Cup Ghee, 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Garlic Chopped, 3 Onions ( finely chopped ), 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste , 2-3 large Tomatoes ( chopped ), 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder , 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder , 2 tbsp Cashewnut Paste , 10-12 Button Mushrooms, 1/2 Cup Green Peas, 1 Carrot diced, 8-10 French Beans ( cut into 1 inch pieces ), 2 spring onion stalks , finely chopped, 5-6 baby corn ,sliced diagonally, 2 green chillies , Slit , Salt to taste , 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder , 2 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp butter , Coriander to garnish.

Procedure

Heat ghee in a pan , add in cumin seeds and let it crackle . Now add in garlic and onion and cook till golden . Mix in ginger garlic paste and tomatoes . Cook till soft . Add in dry masala and cook till Oil floats . Add the vegetables and cover and cook it soft . Add cashewnut Paste , chillies and salt and mix well . Add little water and mix . Now Add Garam Masala Powder and Fresh cream with butter . Garnish with coriander . Serve hot with roti !!! Ready !!
