Ingredient


1 lb Mutton Liver, 1 cup Water, 2 tbsp vinegar,

Procedure

Step 1- Marinade this for 30 minutes . Wash for 3-4 times and keep aside . Step 2 - Mix all these ingredients . In pan take 1 tbsp Oil , add the mutton liver and this mixture and cover and cook Step 3 - in another pan ,take Oil , add these ingredients One by one so that they sizzle well . Add shallots and cook till light brown , add the mutton liver that is cooked and mix well . Garnish with coriander !!!
