Dry roast the rawa in a Kadai till Yellow . Put half the ghee and roast . Separately , take a pan , add some ghee and fry the gond. It will rise and become like popcorn . Later on grind it and seive it . Add this immediately to the rawa and mix it . Mix well and keep aside. Separately , take a pan , add the remaining ghee and fry all the dryfruits individually and remove . Mix all the things to the rawa and let it cool . Once cool add the sugar powder and cardamom powder and mix well . I preferably use Yellow sugar . Can also use white sugar . Ready !! Have it with tea or hot milk !!
