Ingredient


2-3 Eggs, 2 tbsp Oil, 1 Cup Chopped Onion, 1 Cup Chopped Tomato, 1/3 Cup each Capsicum , Corn Kernels and Paneer, Salt to taste, 1 tbsp Garlic Paste, 1/2 tbsp Ginger Chopped, 1 green chilli chopped, 11/2 tbsp Pavbhaji Masala, Little water, 1 Dallop Butter, Fresh coriander leaves to garnish,

Procedure

Heat oil in a skillet , add onions and cook till translucent . Add the ginger garlic and the green chilli . Sauté for a minute . Add the tomatoes and all the dry masala . Add corn and capsicum and cook for 5 minutes . Add paneer and mix gently . Mash the masala . Make gaps in the masala and add the eggs . Add butter and garnish with coriander . Cover and cook till eggs are done . Serve with Bread . Enjoy your Sunday !!!
