Ingredient


1 tsp Oil, 1 cup sliced onion, 3/4 cup sliced tomatoes, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp anardana, 1/2 cup curd, 1 tbsp cream, Mint leaves torn, Salt to taste

Procedure

To make the masala , take a pan , add in oil and sliced onions . Cook till light brown . Add all the dry spices and mix well . Add in curd and mix well . Add cream and switch off the gas . Add torn mint and keep aside . For the bhindi , wash and dry with Kitchen towel . Remove the top and bottom and slice it thin . Remove the seeds . Mix all the masala powder and keep aside . Heat oil in a Kadai and deep fry the bhindi in batches . Remove on a absorbent Paper . Plate the masala almond with bhindi on the top and serve hot !! Ready !!
