Ingredient


Marinade, Baby potatoes - 200 gms ( parboil it ), Cornstarch - 2-3 tsp, Baking soda - 1-2 tsp, Oil - 4 tbsp, Tossing Oil - 2 tbsp, Garlic chopped - 13-15, Green chillies - 3-4 slit, Spring onion white - 1/4 cup sliced, Spring onion greens - handful, Soya sauce - 2 tbsp, Basil - 8-10 leaves chopped,

Procedure

Parboil the baby potatoes and cut in half . Apply the marinade except and mix . Take oil , keep the potatoes one by one and flip on between till crisp . Remove and keep aside . Take oil in a wok , add garlic , sauté till light brown , mix in green chillies and onion , add the greens and mix . Add Nagoya sauce and basil . Add potatoes and coat them . Serve hot . If you love garlic can use garlic oil or can give one more tadka or garlic on top . Serve hot !!
