Ingredient


8-9 tbsp Ghee, 100 gm Foxnut ( Makhana ), 50 gm Edible Gum ( Gond ), 100 gm Chirongi, 100 gms Raisins , 50 gms Coconut flakes, 20 gms Turmeric Powder , 100 gms Ginger Powder ( Saunth ), 100 gms Chopped Almonds , 50 gms Chopped Date’s , 50 gms Poppy Seeds , 100 gms Cashewnut , 100 gms Pistachio, Chopped , 500 gms Jaggery

Procedure

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee , add the foxnut and roast till crisp . Remove and crush it slightly . Keep aside . Again heat 2 tbsp of ghee , add chirongi and stir for a minute . Add in Raisins , turmeric powder , ginger powder and coconut flakes and stir for 2 minutes . Remove and keep aside . Heat 2 tbsp of ghee , add chopped almonds , chopped dates and poppy seeds . Stir and remove . Keep aside . Take 1 tbsp Ghee , add chopped cashewnuts and pistachio and stir. Remove and keep aside. For the jaggery . Melt it on slow flame and seive it to remove the dirt . Remould it and use . Now take 1 tbsp Ghee , add the Jaggery and melt over low flames . Remove . Add it to the foxnut a start mixing all the ingredients one by one and mix well . Immediately grease the hand and start making ladoos . Ready !! Full of nutrition and strength . Do try this and give it to kids !!
