200g Minced Chicken, 50g Whole Kernel Corn , Boiled and drained , 50g Carrots (cut into small dices), 2 pcs Mushrooms (soaked, drained and finely diced), 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce , opt , 2 tbsp. Beaten Egg White, 1 tbsp. Cornstarch, opt , ¼ tbsp. Salt, ½ tbsp. Black Pepper, Soaked ric

Procedure

Mix minced chicken , corn kernels , carrot and other ingredients .Divide into 16 portions. Shape minced chicken into balls and coat with soaked rice . Put chicken balls on a greased plate and steam for 10 minutes until done. Ready !!
