Ingredient


5 Carrots, For the Masala Paste, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 inch ginger , 4 green chillies , 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp Coriander Seeds , 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp chana dal, A handful of coriander leaves, 1/2 cup grated coconut, Salt to taste, The Gojju Base, 2 tsp Coconut Oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, A handful of curry leaves, 2 tsp tamarind Paste, 1/4 tsp jaggery , Salt , Garnish, Juice of lime 1/2, Coriander leaves.

Procedure

Peel the grate the carrots . To make the masala paste , take Oil and add the ingredients one by one . Cook the coconut and remove everything in a mixer and make paste . Tadka Take Oil in a pan , add the tempering , add the masala paste and carrots with little water and cook . Add jaggery , salt and tamarind and mix well . Add a little lemon juice and garnish with coriander and serve hot !!
