Cut cottage cheese into triangle . Apply the marinade an keep aside for 1-2 an hour . In a griddle , drizzle some oil and cook the paneer till it changes colour on both the sides . Remove and keep aside For the gravy Heat ghee in a Earthern Pot , add the whole spices and let them splutter . Add chopped onion and cook till light brown , add ginger garlic paste along with all the dry masala . Add little water and cook . Add the tomato and cook till gravy leaves ghee . Add little water to get gravy Plating Keep cottage cheese on the plate and pour the masala on it . Garnish with kasuri methi !! Serve hot !!
