Ingredient


250 gm Cottage Cheese, 21/2 tsp Ghee, 2 Black Cardamom, 3-4 Green Cardamom , 4-5 Cloves, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 Chopped Onion, 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder , 1/2 tsp Sugar, 3/4 tsp Shahi Paneer Masala, 1 Chopped Tomato, Salt to taste , 1-2 tsp kasuri methi , Marinade for Cottage Cheese, 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tsp Lemon Juice , 1/2 tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder , 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder , 1/2 tsp Clove Powder , 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 2 tsp Groundnut Oil, Salt to taste, 2 tsp Curd ,

Procedure

Cut cottage cheese into triangle . Apply the marinade an keep aside for 1-2 an hour . In a griddle , drizzle some oil and cook the paneer till it changes colour on both the sides . Remove and keep aside For the gravy Heat ghee in a Earthern Pot , add the whole spices and let them splutter . Add chopped onion and cook till light brown , add ginger garlic paste along with all the dry masala . Add little water and cook . Add the tomato and cook till gravy leaves ghee . Add little water to get gravy Plating Keep cottage cheese on the plate and pour the masala on it . Garnish with kasuri methi !! Serve hot !!
