Ingredient


3 tbsp Ghee, 1 Cup finger millet flour / Nachni, 1 Cup walnuts , powdered , 1/2 Cup Roasted peanuts , powdered , 1 Cup amla candy , chopped , 11/2 -2 Cups Jaggery, 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder .

Procedure

In a pan , add ghee, add the flour , walnut powder , peanut powder and cook on low flame till light brown . Add the chopped amla and continue cooking . Then add the jaggery and cook till it melts . Add cardamom powder and mix well . Arrange on greased plate and cut into bars . Wrap each individually and store it .
