Ingredient


1 Pack of White/Brown Bread, 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (Paneer)- cut into cubes, 1 small Onion-finely chopped, 1 medium sized Capsicum- cut into cubes, ½ cup Hung Curd, Coriander Chutney, Butter, 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, ½ tsp Coriander Powder, ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder, ½ tsp Chat Masala Powder, 2 tsp Tandoori Masala Powder, 1 tbsp Cooking Oil, Salt.

Procedure

In a large bowl, put Curd. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Chat Masala, Tandoori Masala Powder. Now add Salt to taste and mix well. Ensure there are no lumps in this marinade. Add Paneer Cubes, Capsicum cubes and chopped Onions and mix well. Let this marinade rest for 15 mins.
