Ingredient


2 Cups Fresh Pineapple , Diced Salt to taste, 3 tsp sesame seeds , 2-3 Dried Red Chillies , 2 tbsp fresh Coconut , grated , 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder , 1 tsp Tamarind Pulp, 2 tsp Jaggery , grated Tempering 11/2 tsp Oil, 3/4 tsp Mustard Seeds, 2 small Curry Leaves , 1/2 tsp Asafoetida,

Procedure

Firstly , dry roast red chillies , sesame and coconut and grind to paste using water . Boil the diced pineapple in 3 cups of water , till soft with little salt . Strain and keep aside . In a frying pan ,add the paste and the pineapple and red chilli powder . Combine 1/2 cup of water and cook till the flavours combine . Add tamarind and jaggery and mix well . Now make the tempering in another pan and pour over the pineapple . Garnish with coconut . Serve hot with rice !! Ready !!
