Ingredient


200 gms Dairymilk chocolate spread, 1 Dairy milk , Chopped , 1 Cup Butter , melted , 2 Eggs , 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/2 Cup White Sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence , 11/2 tsp Baking Powder , 3 Cups Refined Flour.

Procedure

On a OHP sheet or butter paper , drop 1 tbsp of choclate spread . Make 10-12 round chocolate drops . Freeze it in the freezer for an hour . In a bowl , add melted butter , sugar and mix well . Then add 1 egg at a time with a tbsp of flour and beat it till fluffy, add vanilla essence . Seive in the left over flour , baking powder and give it a good mix . Now add the chopped dairy milk and mix it . Refrigerate it for 1/2 an hr . Remove the dough , take small ball and flatten it on palms . Keep the Choclate round in between and cover with the dough like we do for paratha . Make cookies and place on the baking tray . Preheat the oven. Bake at 160 degree for 20-25 minutes . Remove and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container .
