Ingredient


To make dough, 1 Cup whole wheat Flour , 1 tbsp Ghee, Water, For the Halwa, 3 tbsp Ghee , 3 Cups water , 1 tsp Ginger Powder ( saunth ), Finely chopped coconut, 2 tbsp chirongi, 1 tbsp Raisins, 1/4 Cup Milk , 1 tbsp Cardamom Powder, 3-4 tbsp Brown sugar.

Procedure

Firstly , make dough with flour and tbsp Ghee . Knead to dough . Make paratha and cook on hot griddle applying ghee on both the sides . Remove and allow to cool . Grind the paratha to powder . In a pan heat ghee , add the ground paratha and mix well . Add water and cook for 20-25 minutes . Cook till it’s done completely x add the chirongi , saunth , Coconut , milk and mix well . Cook till it’s thick . Add the raisins . Mix well . Switch off the gas and add cardamom and mix well . Serve hot !!
