Ingredient


1 Bowl Kathal/ Jackfruit, 2 tbsp Oil to fry, 1 Cup Tomato Puree, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Ginger Paste, 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste , 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder , 1 green chilli chopped, 1 tsp red chilli powder , Salt to taste.

Procedure

Firstly apply oil on your palm and then cut the kathal into pieces . In a pan,heat oil, add the kathal pieces and fry. Fry till golden brown . Remove and keep aside . In same pan , add little oil ,add cumin seeds followed with ginger garlic paste . Cook for a minute . Add rest of the masalas and sprinkle some water . Mix well . Add the tomato purée and cook till it leave oil. Add the kathal with little water and cover and cook till done . Garnish with coriander leaves Serve with Poori!!
