Ingredient


5-6 Tomatoes , chopped, 1-2 green chilli , chopped finely, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, Salt to taste , 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder , 2 tbsp jaggery, 8-10 raisins, 1 tbsp oil, Few curry leaves , Chopped coriander to garnish

Procedure

Firstly wash and cut the tomatoes. In a pan , heat oil , add curry leaves, garlic , cumin and mustard seeds and allow to splutter . Then add the chillies along with tomatoes . Add the dry powder and cover and cook till soft . Open and mix well . Add jaggery and raisins and mix well . Cook till everything looks together and mashy . Add coriander leaves . Serve with dal , rice or use as a dip on bread or lavaash .
