Ingredient


To boil, 3-4 Raw Banana, Salt, 1 tsp Lemon Juice , Gravy: 1 tbsp Ghee, 3 Onions , grated, 1 piece ginger , grated, 3-4 Cloves garlic , grated , 1 Cup Fresh Tomato Puree, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 green chillies , Slit , 1 tsp Coriander Powder , 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste , Water Batter : 1/2 Cup Gram Flour + 2 tbsp, Water , Turmeric powder, Coriander powder , Salt , 1/3 tsp Carom Seeds, Oil to fry.

Procedure

Firstly , cut the bananas into 2 . Boil in water with salt and little lemon juice . Once Boiled remove and peel them . Flatten them slightly so that they look like fish . Make batter with gram flour with little water . Add the spices accordingly . Take 1 tbsp gramflour separately on a plate and add little salt . Heat oil to deep fry . Firstly roll the banana in dry batter and then in the wet one and deep fry till brown . Remove and keep aside . To make the masala . Heat ghee in a Kadai , add the grated onion and cook till light brown . Add the grated ginger garlic and the Slit green chilli and cook till brown . Add the tomato purée and dry spices and cook till oil separates. Then add the water and make gravy . Add salt . Once the gravy comes to desired consistency add the fried bananas and give a boil . Cover and keep aside . Garnish with coriander and serve with breads of your choice .. Enjoy this veg machli !!
