Ingredient


1 Cup Yellow Pumpkin , Chopped , 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds , 3-4 Cloves , 1 Green Chilli, Salt to taste , 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 tsp Oil, Coriander leaves, 2 Cups Wheat Flour, 1 tsp Carom Seeds, 1 tbsp Fresh Cream , Ghee.

Procedure

To make Pumpkin Paratha Firstly , remove the skin and sees if pumpkin and chop it . Roughly mash green chilli and cloves in hand pestle . In a pan heat oil , add Fenugreek Seeds , add cumin seeds and the clove green chilli paste. Cook for a minute . Add the pumpkin , turmeric powder and salt and sprinkle some water . Cover and cook till the pumpkin turns mashy . Garnish with coriander leaves . Keep aside to cool . In a bowl take flour , add Carom seeds and they cooked pumpkin . Add little salt to it . Add the cream and combine to flour using little water to make a semi-soft dough . Apply ghee on top and keep aside . Take some dough and roll it . Apply ghee and again roll to make paratha. Cook on a hot griddle by applying ghee in both the sides . Remove and serve with fresh butter and pickle !! Ready !!
