Make a paste of peeled fresh green chana and milk. Even you can boil and make a paste . Heat 21/2 tbsp ghee in a pan, add the paste and stir continuously. This process will take approximately 20 minutes . Add khoya, sugar and cardamom powder. Keep in cooking on low flame for 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes will the colour changes . In another pan fry dry fruits in remaining ghee and add in the Halwa. Stir low flame . Once done garnish with chopped Almonds , Cashews, Pistachio and serve hot.
