Ingredient


1 Cup Rice , Soaked, 21/2 Cup Fresh Sugarcane Juice , A pinch of Cardamom Powder , Almonds and Cashews , sliced , 1 tbsp Ghee.

Procedure

Firstly was and soak the rice for almost 20 minutes . In a vessel , add the fresh juice and give boil on low flame . Then add the rice and cover and cook till done . Can add little water if needed . Add the cardamom powder . Gently fry the dryfruits in Ghee and pour over the rice . Mix gently . Serve this sweet rice with more garnishing of dryfruits . Ready !!
