Ingredient


1/2 Cup Walnuts, 1 Cup Milk , 11/2 tbsp Ghee, 1/2 Cup Sugar , 1 tsp Cardamom Powder

Procedure

Firstly Soak the Walnuts in Milk for 45 Minutes . Then remove the walnuts from milk and grind to paste or coarsely depending on your taste . In a pan , heat ghee , add the walnut paste and cook on low flame till brown . Then add the sugar and continue cooking till it dissolves and the mixture get the caramel colour . Add cardamom powder and mix well . Remove it in a bowl and serve hot .
