Ingredient


1 Cup Bajra Flour , 1 Cup Jaggery, Water to knead Sesame seeds Fennel seeds, Ghee

Procedure

Heat water in a pinch an and add jaggery . Let it melt . Seive the water to remove dirt . In a bowl , take flour , sesame seeds , fennel seeds and knead it slowly with the jaggery water till it combines . Heat griddle . Make small Bajra roti , big thick from regular . Cook on look great on both the sides . Apply ghee and cook on both the sides till crisp . Remove and allow to cool. Store it in a airtight container !!
