Ingredient


2 Cups Wheat Flour ( Seived ), 2 Cups Urad dal Flour ( Seived ), 1/2 Cup Gond ( Ground and Seived ), 2 Cups Ghee , 2 Cups Ground Sugar ( Seived ), 11/2 Cup Mixed Dry Fruit ( Chopped ), 1 tbsp Saunth , 1 tsp black Pepper Powder.

Procedure

For urad dal flour , wipe the dal and keep in sunlight for 2 hours . Dry roast it . Grind to powder at flour mill . Seive and use . In a Kadai , take 1 Cup Ghee , add wheat flour and cook on low flame till its brown . Don’t increase the flame at all . Same way in another pan , add ghee and roast urad flour and roast on low flame till brown . This takes almost more then hour . Then add the Gond to either of the flour and cook till it crackles and is done . Then mix both the mixture and add saunth and pepper . Mix well . Cool a bit and add sugar . Mix well . Add the dryfruits and mix well . Let it cool down and shape in to Pinni . Store in airtight container . Have 1 everyday with milk to be healthy in winters !!
