Ingredient


2 Tablespoon,Basil Seeds, 1 Cup,Water, 1/4 Cup,Falooda Sev, 2 Cup,Water, 1 Tablespoon,Oil, 3/4 Cup Milk (Boiled,chilled), 1/2 Cup,Mango Pulp, 1/4Cup + 3 Tablespoon,Sweetened Condensed Milk(divided), 4 Scoop,Mango Ice-cream, 2 Cherries, Few Mango chunks,

Procedure

Firstly,in a bowl,add the basil seeds and 1 Cup water. Leave it for 10 Mins to bloom. Once the basil seeds have doubled in size,drain the water and keep aside. In a pan,add 2 Cups water and oil,let it come to a rolling boil. Add the falooda sev and cook for about a minute or two. Drain and keep aside. In two separate mixing bowls,add the 1/4 cup and 3 tbsp condensed milk. To one bowl with 1/4 cup condensed milk, add chilled milk. Mix well and keep aside. To the other bowl with 3 tbsp condensed milk ,add the mango pulp. Mix well and keep aside. To arrange,first add the mango pulp mix in individual glasses. Top it with falooda sev ,basil seeds and milk mixture. Finally add two scoops of Mango Icecream to each glass and serve with cherry and mango chunks. Enjoy this cold!
