Ingredient


250 gms Paneer ; Sliced 3 tbsp Oil, 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds , 2 Onions ; Sliced, 2 tsp Ginger Paste , 2 tsp Garlic Paste , 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder , 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder , 2 tbsp Cashewnut Paste , 1/4 Cup Curd , 3 tbsp Tomato Puree, 1 Green Capsicum; julienne, 1 Red Capsicum; julienne, 1 Yellow Capsicum; julienne , 2 Tomatoes ; Sliced , Salt to taste , A pinch of Garam Masala , A pinch of Cardamom Powder , 2 tbsp Cream, Coriander to Garnish .

Procedure

In a pan , heat Oil , add cumin seeds , then add sliced onion and sauté for 1 minute , add ginger garlic paste and mix well well . Soak Cashewnut in warm water and make a paste . Add the paste along with curd and mix well . Add the spices and tomato purée and mix well . Add the sliced Capsicum and allow to cook for some time . Then add tomatoes and mix . Garnish with cardamom powder and Garam Masala . Drizzle some cream on it and mix . Garnish with coriander leaves !!
