Ingredient


1 Cup Soya Granules , Soaked 5 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Chopped Onion, 2 Green Chillies , Chopped , Salt to taste , 11/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder , 1 tbsp Wheat Flour , 2 Potatoes , Boiled and mashed , 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs ( Brown Bread ), 1 tbsp Refined Flour .

Procedure

Heat 2 tbsp Oil , add the onion and sauté till translucent . Add soya and the spices and cook it . Add the wheat flour and mix well . Then remove from heat . Add potatoes and bread crumbs . Make tikki and keep aside . Take refined flour and season with salt and red chilli powder . Roll the tikki on it . Heat rest of the oil in a grill pan . Add the tikki and cook on both the sides . Remove and serve with tomato sauce or chutney !!
