Ingredient


2 Cup Refined Flour ,1/2 Cup Sugar ,1/2 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Ghee , Ghee/ Oil for frying .

Procedure

Firstly in Luke warm milk add sugar and mix it well till it dissolves . In a bowl add refined flour, ghee and rub it . Then start adding the milk slowly to make dough . Gradually you will notice that the mixture is loose . Add the milk and mix it and leave it for 1/2 an hour . Now knead the dough and start rolling it to make shakarpare . Cut them in thick squares . Deep fry in medium hot ghee / oil till crisp and brown . Cool and store in an airtight container !! Ready !!
