Ingredient


1 Cup Semolina ( Sooji/Rawa ), 2 tsp Ghee, 2 tsp Fenugreek leaves ( dry ), Salt to taste , 1 tsp Carom Seeds , 1 tsp Cumin Seeds ( Crushed ), Fork to shape, Water to knead , Oil for frying .

Procedure

In a bowl , add sooji , salt , Carom Seeds , cumin seeds , dried Fenugreek leaves and mix them . Then add the ghee and rub the mixture . Add water to make a smooth dough. Don’t worry as sooji soaks water so put water to make it soft and keep aside for 1/2 an hour . Check the dough and again just knead it . Section the dough into 4 parts . With the help of rolling pin , make a chapati . Cut it into length wise and then diagonally . Take 1 piece of the cut sooji and press it behind the fork to give a shape . Roll upward and keep aside . Same way make it with rest of the dough . In a pan , heat oil . Deep fry these on medium flame till crisp . Remove on an absorbent paper . Cool them and store in an airtight container!!! Ready !!
