Ingredient


1 Cup Rice Flour , 2 tsp Urad Dal Powder, 2 tsp Roasted Chana Dal Powder , 2 tsp Chana Dal and Urad Dal Soaked , 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder , A Pinch Of Asafoetida , Salt to taste , 2 tsp Sesame Seeds ( Black ), 2 tsp Unsalted Butter, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds , crushed , 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder , Few curry leaves , chopped .

Procedure

In a bowl add , rice flour , roasted urad and Chana Dal Powder and also the soaked one , curry leaves , sesame seeds , Dry spices cumin seeds , butter and mix well . Add water to form dough . Take a plastic sheet and grease it . Make small balls and press in between the sheet with palm or wither he help of rolling pin . Pierce with the help of fork . Heat oil in a pan . Fry them on medium flame till crisp . Remove on a absorbent paper . Allow to cool and store in an airtight container !!
