1 litre Full Fat Milk, ½ Cup Sugar, 1 tsp Cardamom Powder, 1 Cup Custard apple/Sitaphal Pulp ,2 tbsps nuts, chopped .
Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pot. Let simmer and keep stirring constantly, making sure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. After the milk has reduced to half its volume and thickened, add sugar, cardamom powder. Simmer for 5-10 mins more. Remove from flame and add the sitaphal pulp. Mix well. Garnish with nuts and serve chilled. READY !!
