Ingredient


Batter 1 cup gram flour or besan, 1 tsp ajwain, Water as required , Vada 250 gm chicken, 1/4 cup onion , 1 tbsp garlic, 3 green chillies, 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp coriander powder , 1/2 tsp garam masala or kitchen king masala, 1/2 tbsp ginger chopped, Salt to taste, 1-2 tbsp coriander leaves, Assembling 2 eggs, Salt to taste , 2 tbsp onion chopped , 1 green chilli chopped, 2 Pav, Mint chuntney or schezwan chutney, Sliced onion.

Procedure

Prepare the gram flour batter with the above ingredients and keep aside . In a good processor, add the ingredients of vada and pulse it till minced . Remove with oily hands to prevent sticking . Keep oil in a Kadai for deep frying , make the vada with the oil hands and dip in the batter . Deep fry in medium flame till golden brown and remove on an absorbent paper . Assembling : Grease a pan with butter , break the eggs in a bowl and add chopped onion , salt and chilli . Slice the Pav and keep aside . Put some egg mixture on the pan and place the sliced Pav on it . Flip and cook on both the sides . Remove it . Apply the chutney or schezwan chutney on the omlette side . Keep the vada along with the sliced onion on it and cover from the top with the half Pav . Serve immediately. Ready !!!
