Ingredient


1 kg chicken ( cut into curry pieces ), 3-4 onions sliced, 2 tbsp each ginger garlic paste , 7-8 whole red chillies, 2 tbsp poppy seeds , 25 gm desiccated coconut , 8-10 black pepper , 1 tbsp coriander seeds , 2 tsp cumin seeds , Oil, 2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 2 sprigs curry leaves , Salt to taste .

Procedure

Heat oil , add curry leaves , allow to crackle then add onions , cook till brown . Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute , add chicken ,salt and turmeric and roast . On the other hand , broil coconut , red chillies, coriander seeds, poppy seeds , pepper and grind to powder . Add the powder to the chicken and let it cook in its juices . Finally mix in garam masala and coriander leaves . Ready !!! Try this very tasty and a different recipe!!
